He was an integral part of the Blacklist season 9 show and its crew team. Perez was driving on the Taconic State Parkway back in March 2022 however, his car lost control and hit a tree. State police went to the site at around 12.30 am and found Perez dead and cops believe that the wet road conditions were the reason for the accident.

Perez was an important part of the show’s world as a member of the crew and an unsung hero for a lot of what you see on-screen. A couple of members of the hair and makeup department celebrated the end of season 9 filming, and even in that message there was a dedication to Perez with him mentioned in the title cards.

He was a part of the production team and a pivotal component who ensured the show’s smooth running behind the camera.

The Blacklist is an American crime thriller television series that premiered on thr channel NBC on September 23rd, the year 2013. The show follows Raymond “Red” Reddington (James Spader), an erstwhile U.S. Navy officer turned high-profile criminal who voluntarily surrenders to the FBI after eluding capture for decades.

He tells the FBI that he has a list of the most dangerous criminals on the glove which he has compiled over the years, and he is willing to inform on their operations in exchange for immunity from prosecution.
