The Rotimi Victor Rhodes-Vivour (RVRV) Youth Empowerment Foundation Set To Mobilize Youths & Women Ahead of 2023 Presidential Election

The Rotimi Victor Rhodes-Vivour Youth Empowerment Foundation has finalized preparations to mobilize and sensitize Nigerians and the voting populace across the six geopolitical zones ahead of the 2023 Presidential election in Nigeria.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Citizen NewsNG, the founder and curator, Mr. Rotimi Victor Rhodes-Vivour said “The foundation is made up of dedicated professionals and Volunteers locally and Internationally”.

According to Rhodes-Vivour, the foundation’s primary goal is to empower African youths, both on the continent and in the Diaspora, and Rekindle Hope amongst the less privileged in order to improve the world.

“Our mission is to serve Humanity across the world with integrity and humility”, the graduate of University of Derby, United Kingdom said.

Speaking further, Rhodes-Vivour said his team is set to re-ignite participatory democratic processes geared towards Paradigm Shift in the most populous African Nation.

Rhodes-Vivour however highlighted the major social Intervention programmes the Foundation has executed in the past. They include:

1. Citizen Empowerment and Social Intervention Programme for young Entrepreneurs and Startups.

2. Periodic Campaign on Mental Health, Drug and Substance abuse/Addiction, Depression, Child Abuse and attempted Suicide among the youths.

3. Feeding of Destitutes and refugees in Lagos and its surburbs.

4. The RVRV Goodwill Charity Store Initiative.

5. The RVRV Annual virtual Symposium on Mental Health, Drug Addiction, Suicide & Youths.

6. Support for Widows, Orphans and refugees.

7. Advocacy on Good Governance.

Citizen NewsNG checks shows that thousands of Nigerian youths and indigents have been empowered; lifted out of Poverty and hardships.

A large number of young Entrepreneurs and Small-Medium scale business owners have been gifted start-up funds, work tools and engaged Productively; redirecting their energies and hidden talents for self-rediscovery, development and actualization.

Though, self-funded, The RVRV Youth Empowerment Foundations activities spread across ethnicity and religion. It has recorded huge success over the years.

There are strings of testimonies from different classes of people across the Niger and beyond.
