Nollywood actress Blessing Nze recently opened up about her marriage, experiences with online trolling, and her collaborative work with her husband, fellow actor Stan Nze, during an interview with media personality Ifedayo Agoro.
Blessing shared that she faced ridicule online regarding her teeth during her first wedding anniversary photo shoot. Critics commented on her smile, describing her dentition unfavorably. She noted that this negative attention motivated her to enhance her smile, which has since bolstered her confidence.
Reflecting on the impact of the trolling, Blessing expressed gratitude for how it ultimately led her to improve her appearance. “They showed me during my first anniversary. They said I should stop laughing, that my dentition is bad. Sebi, now my teeth are fine. It’s trolling that gave me this fine dentition now,” she stated.
Additionally, the actress addressed misconceptions surrounding her work with her husband. Many believe that their professional relationship is merely enjoyable and that there is no financial compensation involved. Blessing clarified that Stan is paid like any other professional on set.
“Our marriage is built on support and teamwork,” she said. “From the onset, we’ve always just known that it’s me and you against the world. I can spend on him.”
