UCL: Goal against Everton now irrelevant – Arteta speaks on Dowman’s playing more games

Arsenal Manager Urges Young Talent to Focus on Future
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has encouraged 16-year-old Max Dowman to move forward following his record-setting performance against Everton, emphasizing that the match is now “irrelevant.”
Dowman made waves as a substitute, becoming the youngest player in Premier League history to score in a match. He played a pivotal role in Arsenal’s 2-0 victory, assisting Viktor Gyokeres for the first goal and then displaying remarkable skill by scoring the second goal after a sprint down the field.
Arteta has indicated that Dowman could receive additional opportunities to play with the first team.
“He did something very special in a rare moment,” Arteta stated. “What he did a few days ago is not important anymore. It’s about what happens next.”
