To be VERY honest I can only judge this from the standpoint of the man being SO WRONG to do this with a small or underage girl!…. HOWEVER, there seems to be consent from the part of the small girl… although the girl’s consent does not count in this case because she has NO AUTHORITY, by law, to grant any sexual consent…. there is NO SERIOUS resistance from the girl at all!… what does this tell us?… judging from the way the man grabbed the girl immediately everybody left, even before checking the rooms, SHOWS that the last sexual relation they both had CAN NEVER be 7 years ago!… the man and the girl have been sexually relating up to the recent times leading to this set up… I guess that the Foster mother suspected or got a hint of this immoral sexual relation between the girl and man!… I DOUBT the girl WILLINGLY made the confession herself to the Foster mother!… the girl must have kept this SECRET!… I think that the Foster mother MUST have quizzed and threatened the girl to CONFESS! after the Foster mother suspected, was told about it, or got a hint of it!… I also think that this is not the first time that the Foster mother may have set up that camera!… she may have set up the camera before and caught them in the act but the scene may have shown that the girl WILLINGLY consented without any form of resistance and that may weaken the case even though it should not!… in the video, it seems that at one point the girl forgot herself and was clearly responding to the man by shifting towards him or as he may have requested… the girl clearly KNOWS she is being recorded!… otherwise, she may have even been the one to initiate the action or would not have even shown the UNSERIOUS resistance… what did the Foster mother tell the girl before this recordings?… to pretend?… play along with the man?… lead him on?… resist only a little?… the case would have been STRONGER in favour of the Foster mother if the Foster mother did not inform the girl that she is being recorded!… the case is one sided, somehow, because the girl may have sometimes been the one that initiates the act!… but this time she knows she is being recorded and the man did not know!… REMEMBER, a reverend father once claimed that his colleagues was set him up by using one school girl who came for counselling and pulled her clothes in front of him and he had “canal knowledge” of her… I can’t recall the reverend father’s name but the news went viral then… so Baba Ijesha can claim “temptation” here or maybe they both had been engaging in the act WILLINGLY!… why did the girl leave the camera position or coverage spot she, I guess, was asked to sit????… the girl knows she is being recorded, so why did she go away from the camera view????… I think she felt GUILTY that she is kind of BETRAYING her “boyfriend” or actually “man friend”… that out of camera view space may be where she told the man that he is being recorded!… or, where she want to fully enjoy and respond to the act maybe as usual!… there should have been multiple cameras!… my conclusion is that, this man – Baba Ijesha is WRONG on ALL sides to have a sexual relation with an underaged girl!… THIS IS WRONG and CONDEMNABLE!!!… but, if a girl of 14 is WILLINGLY responding to sexual advances or acts from a man, THEN it calls for QUESTIONS on the sort of THINGS the girl is being EXPOSED to or SEES at HOME or her SURROUNDINGS from the age of 7!!!… MOTHERS and FOSTER MOTHERS up your EFFORTS in having time to observe and educate your girl child!!!… be CAREFUL on what your girl is exposed to!!!….men if you want sexual escapades, LOOK for aged or overaged runs girls or sexual workers!!…. there is NO restrictions on runs girls and sexual workers even though the government did not legalise them!!…
