This was disclosed by Festus Okoye, INEC spokesman, on Monday whereas reacting to studies that the fee will postpone the elections.

In response to the INEC spokesperson, the date for the election in Edo stays September 19, 2020, whereas that of Ondo continues to be October 10.

These dates have been fastened by the fee in February, earlier than the nation recorded its first case of coronavirus.
