Howard recommends a variety of poses based on the type of pain and discomfort you’re experiencing. This includes the relaxation pose with weight, half happy baby pose, reclining big toe pose, supported bridge pose, and legs on a chair.
While it’s probably not the first option that comes to mind, CBD suppositories can help individuals who are struggling with pelvic pain. It’s a gentle, safe, and fast-acting way to address discomfort. You can get them with or without THC, depending on your comfort needs.
Certain foods will actually make your pelvic pain worse (especially if you’re dealing with digestive issues). Do your best to avoid foods that cause intolerances and/or increase inflammation. Replace them with anti-inflammatory foods and fresh, non-processed ingredients.
