“Why are humans so selfish and greedy?” Man asks as he narrates how he used his generator to pump water for co-tenants only for a tenant to sell the water to outsiders

A man has gone on X to narrate what a co-tenant did when he used his generator to pump water for the entire compound. 

The man said there had been no electricity for three days so he decided to help his co-tenants by pumping water with his generator. 

However, a fellow tenant bypassed the water elsewhere to sell to others while the main apartment they were pumping water for did not have water. 

He wrote on X: We haven’t had electricity in three days. I reserved my generator for times like this so I could pump water with it  for myself and co tenants. I’ve always done this without asking anyone for a dime. 

“I found out yesterday that as soon as I switched on the Gen, a tenant bypassed the water to the reservoir and she was selling the water to neighbors. The main apartment that was supposed to have water didn’t. 

“I was using petrol to pump water, someone is selling it and making cool cash.
