Wike to Thank Gwagwalada Stakeholders Following Election Success
The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, is scheduled to visit Gwagwalada Area Council on an appreciation tour following the February 21 area council elections.
The visit aims to thank residents and political stakeholders for their support during the election process. A statement from Wike’s spokesman, Lere Olayinka, confirmed that Kasim Mohammed Ikwa of the Peoples Democratic Party has been elected as the Chairman of Gwagwalada Area Council.
This visit is part of Wike’s broader “Thank You Tour,” which includes stops in various area councils throughout the capital. Earlier this week, Wike visited the Abaji and Kwali councils.
