Wine maker begins Search for Miss Eva

The makers of a premium non-alcoholic wine, Eva Wine, has announced the launch of the ‘Search for Miss Eva’, a five-week online competition to choose a new ambassador for the brand.

To qualify, ladies between the ages of 25 to 35 across Nigeria are required to record a short video of themselves celebrating creatively with a bottle of Eva Wine and dancing to the campaign’s theme song, ‘#happymisseva’.

Social media users all over the world will be able to engage and vote for their favourite contestants via the brand’s social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

Olumide Campbell, the director of Etu Odi Communications, the agency managing the campaign, said, “Nigerian women are among the most colourful and beautiful in the world and it is only natural that ‘Miss Eva’ is chosen from one of them. We expect that she will not only be an exceptionally colourful personality, but also one who is very intelligent, cultured and confident.

Meanwhile, social media influencer, Tacha; and actor, Deyemi Okanlawon, have been chosen to lead the search for a befitting winner.

On his part, the Country Manager of the Eva Group, Temitope Sanni, stated that one of the driving forces of the brand is the desire to support the Nigerian youth, especially in the media and entertainment industries.

The grand finale of the competition will hold on August 7, 2022, at Marriot Hotels, Ikeja, Lagos.
