Wizkid vows to get justice for his fan killed by police officer

Adeniji was reportedly coming back from Wizkid’s live performance round four.am on Friday, when the police officer accosted him.

Based on studies, the police officer shot Adeniji lifeless following an argument between him and the 39-year-old Wizkid fan.

Reacting to Adeniji’s dying by means of his Twitter account, Wizkid vowed to get justice for the deceased.

He tweeted, “I gained’t cease until we get justice”.

The artiste thereafter appealed to law enforcement officials to cease killing Nigerians.

“Nigerian police! Shield us! Not kill us! I’m so so sorry guys. I’m so damaged proper now,” he tweeted.

In the meantime, the police officer has been arrested and dismissed by the Nigerian Police Pressure.

In an announcement on Friday, Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Bala Elkana, mentioned that the State Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu, had ordered the arrest of Akanbi for orderly room trial.

Elkana mentioned, “The Commissioner of Police Lagos State, Hakeem Odumosu, has ordered the arrest of Sergeant Lukmon Akanbi, F/No 448407, hooked up to the Victoria Island Police Station over the taking pictures of 1 Ramon Adeniyi, 39, of campus space Lagos Island. The incident occurred on Friday, December 27, 2019, round four.20am round Eko Atlantic, Victoria Island, Lagos.

“There was a fracas between the Police Officer who was on patrol on the space and the sufferer who was coming back from an occasion. The Police Officer was mentioned to have pulled the set off of his pistol on the unarmed civilian, which falls in need of skilled requirements on the usage of firearms.

“The sufferer was rushed to the Naval Dockyard Hospital and was confirmed lifeless by the physician on obligation.
