Youth corper declared missing in Rivers state

Family and friends are requesting assistance regarding the “sudden and mysterious disappearance” of Yahya Faruq, a corps member serving at Mixed Secondary School, Ikuru Town, Adoni Local Government, Rivers State.

According to a friend, Yahya was last seen on Monday, October 14, 2024, after reporting for his shift at his part-time workplace, LDM Chinese Milling Company, Ikuru Town. The troubling aspect is that although he signed in for work, he never signed out, leaving behind his belongings, including his bag and phone, which were later returned to his place of primary assignment.

His family, friends, and community are heartbroken and have been tirelessly searching for answers. Despite efforts, there is still no sign of Yahya, and his disappearance has raised many concerns.
