Entrepreneur Gifts ₦400 Million Mansion to TikTok Star Following Wedding
LAGOS — Real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, commonly known as King Ochacho, has gifted a ₦400 million mansion to TikTok personality Habeeb Hamzat, also known as Peller, and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou, affectionately referred to as Jarvis.
During a livestream on TikTok Monday, shortly after the couple’s wedding ceremony, Ochacho described the mansion as a modest gesture. He noted that the property represents a relatively small gift in light of his future intentions.
Ochacho cited Peller’s character and generosity as influential factors in his decision to present the mansion. “Giving has always attracted greater blessings,” he said, expressing confidence that this gift will be the least valuable he ever presents to the content creator.
He also hinted at plans for larger gifts in the future, suggesting that the mansion would be remembered as just the beginning of his support for Peller.
The property, located in Abuja, was formally presented at the wedding, where guests expressed excitement over the announcement. This gesture is believed to fulfill a promise Ochacho made to Peller at a previous social event, where he pledged to support the TikTok star’s wedding.
The gift quickly gained attention on social media, showcasing the growing trend of high-profile gestures within the influencer community.
