BREAKING: JAMB to release first batch of 2026 UTME results midnight

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) announced that results for candidates who participated in the first day of the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) will be released before midnight on Friday.

In a statement shared via social media platform X, JAMB spokesperson Fabian Benjamin confirmed the timeline for results release.

“Candidates who sat for the 2026 UTME on Thursday, April 16, 2026, will receive their results today before midnight,” the statement read. “An official announcement will be made to the public and posted on this page as soon as the results are available.”
