Three Islamic clerics arrested for allegedly b£heading man in Ibadan

Three Islamic clerics are currently in custody of the Oyo State Criminal Investigation Department for allegedly b£heading a middle-aged man. 

The victim who was working for one of the victims, was reportedly lured to a bush at Moniya in Akinyele Local Government Area of the state under the pretext of being awarded a job. He was however killed in the bush. 

The suspects were later arrested at Apete in the Ido Local Government Area of the state. It was further gathered that one of the suspects is a popular cleric known for his distinct turban among the Islamic community of Alapata.

The case has been transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department in Iyaganku for further investigation.
