Portable Explains Exit from Celebrity Boxing Rematch Against Charles Okocha
Street-pop artist Habeeb Okikiola, widely known as Portable, has articulated the reasons behind his decision to leave the ring during a celebrity boxing rematch with Nollywood actor Charles Okocha.
In a video shared on Instagram Saturday, Portable accused Okocha of engaging in unfair practices, suggesting the actor resorted to wrestling techniques instead of adhering to boxing rules.
The artist displayed visible injuries in the video, specifically a wound on his back, claiming he was bitten during the altercation and alleging that multiple individuals joined in the attack.
“They said he eats Molly. He didn’t see Molly anymore. So he bit my back. I landed a heavy hit on him,” Portable stated.
He maintained that he had been in control of the fight before the incident and insisted that he landed a greater number of punches on his opponent.
Earlier reports indicated that Portable ultimately lost the match after exiting during the opening round.
