Dangote Petroleum Refinery Reduces Fuel Prices in Nigeria
Dangote Petroleum Refinery announced a decrease in the ex-depot prices for Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) and Automotive Gas Oil (Diesel), effective Thursday, August 6. The company aims to enhance accessibility to high-quality petroleum products in the Nigerian market.
According to a company statement, the ex-depot price for PMS has been lowered to N1,165 per liter from N1,215, marking a reduction of N50 per liter. Similarly, the price for Diesel is now N1,570 per liter, down from N1,650, reflecting a decrease of N80 per liter.
This price revision underscores Dangote Refinery’s commitment to making energy more affordable and accessible, thereby supporting economic activities throughout Nigeria. The refinery emphasizes its dedication to ensuring a stable supply of products while utilizing operational efficiencies to benefit consumers, businesses, and stakeholders.
