Israeli Military Arrests Senior Jamaa Islamiya Member in Har Dov Operation
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced the arrest of a senior member of the Jamaa Islamiya terrorist organization during an overnight operation in the Har Dov area.
In a statement released on social media platform X on Monday, the IDF detailed that the suspect was detained as part of a targeted, intelligence-led mission conducted by its troops.
The military confirmed that the arrested individual has been transferred to Israel for further interrogation. Additionally, weapons were recovered at the location of the operation.
According to the IDF, Jamaa Islamiya has been implicated in attacks against Israel and civilians in the northern region since the escalation of conflict.
