AXA Mansard Launches International Healthcare Plan for Cancer and Chronic Conditions

Nigerians now have access to a comprehensive medical coverage option for cancer and other critical health needs through AXA Mansard Health’s International Healthcare Plan, known as iMED. This plan facilitates access to advanced medical procedures, such as organ and bone marrow transplants, as well as international emergency medical assistance at top healthcare facilities in Nigeria, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Dubai.
According to the Global Cancer Observatory (GLOBOCAN), Nigeria sees over 150,000 new cancer cases diagnosed annually, with more than 90,000 deaths linked to the disease each year.
