BBNaija S11: Gerard becomes eighth housemate to be evicted

Gerard has become the eighth contestant evicted from the ongoing season of Big Brother Naija, titled “Show Ya Sef.” Host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu announced his departure during the live eviction broadcast on Sunday night, reducing the number of active housemates to 16 as the competition moves into its seventh week.

Gerard’s nomination for possible eviction in the sixth week preceded his exit. His elimination follows the departures of fellow contestants Goddessa and Sultex, who were evicted one week earlier.

The current edition of Big Brother Naija began on July 26 with an initial roster of 24 housemates.
