Popular Nigerian TikTok personality Peller has revealed that actress Funke Akindele played a significant role in his release from prison.
According to reports, Peller was arrested in December 2025 following an alleged car accident in Lagos State, which authorities deemed a result of reckless driving. The Federal Road Safety Corps announced plans to prosecute him for the incident.
During a recent appearance at the premiere of the movie “Love Notes,” Peller expressed his gratitude to Akindele, stating, “She was the one who helped me when I was in prison. She was the one who helped my life.”
Peller’s comments highlight his appreciation for the support he received during a challenging time.
