‘This man is wanted’ — Uzor Arukwe raises alarm over phone theft at Cjay Nwok’s burial
Nollywood actor Uzor Arukwe has announced that an elderly man is wanted in connection with the alleged theft of mobile phones that occurred during the burial ceremony of actor Cjay Nwok in Lagos.
In an Instagram post, Arukwe alleged that the individual attended a memorial service for Nwok held at a Redeemed Christian Church of God in Gbagada before reportedly stealing phones owned by fellow actor Rex Kingsley.
Arukwe claims that CCTV footage recorded the suspect during the incident, and that the man subsequently fled the scene.
The actor is urging anyone who may have information regarding the suspect’s identity or location to reach out to Kingsley. He has also requested that social media users share the suspect’s image to assist in providing information.
