Above, Island Glow and Pink Soap. I feel that Lisa’s long experience shows in these blushes – they really do give a seamless result with the pigment melting into your skin so that it looks natural and like it’s meant to be there. The translucency is glorious – the wash of colour allows your natural tone to show through while giving a semi-dewy veil of pigment.
Above is Pink Poetry and Dante’s Dream. The Lisa Eldridge Enlivening Blush collection has a painterly quality – like a freshly brushed watercolour across the complexion. I mean, can I praise any more? I love them. The one thing you need to look out for is the pigment intensity – what ever tiny dot you squeeze out into the palm of your hand before it goes onto your brush, halve it!
The Elevated Glow Highlighter (£27 – available for pre-order HERE) is available in four shades and I have Cosmic Rose above. It’s comprised of tiny shimmering pearls in a light tint base and it’s probably one of the more versatile highlighters I’ve come across in that it’s buildable – you can literally have a whisper of highlight or you can max it up. Again, start with the smallest dot on a fluffy brush and build from there.
It’s hard to pick out an absolute favourite – I started off loving Dante’s Peak but as I tried more I like them just as much. The easiest wear is Pink Soap – a dream. In the swatch, bottom to top are: Pink Soap, Island Glow, Dante’s Peak and Pink Poetry. You can sign up for Lisa’s newsletter HERE or follow her on Instagram HERE.
