Actress Regina Chukwu denied entry at Lateef, Mo Bimpe’s triplets’ thanksgiving [VIDEO]
LAGOS, Nigeria — Nollywood actress Regina Chukwu was reportedly denied entry to the thanksgiving ceremony for Lateef and Mo Bimpe’s triplets on Wednesday.
The event, which took place in Lagos, attracted numerous celebrities, including fellow Nollywood stars, relatives, and friends of the couple. According to the event planner, Omobolale Gold, attendance was strictly by invitation. Guests without an access card or the specified Aso Ebi attire were prohibited from entering the venue.
Despite her prominence in the film industry, Chukwu was not permitted entry by security personnel at the event’s entrance.
In response to a viral video capturing the incident, Chukwu indicated via an Instagram post on Thursday that she plans to share details about her experience. “I am coming with a story time on what happened yesterday but first let’s appreciate my glam team and their dedication,” she wrote.
Chukwu added, “You can say anything but y’all will admit I look really good yesterday. My glam didn’t come to play.”
Further details about the incident remain pending as Chukwu plans to elaborate on the matter with her fans.
