Mitchell Marsh‘s incredible form for Australia has continued as he notched his second hundred in the World Cup.
The top order batsman’s 177 not out delivered an eight-wicket victory for Australia against Bangladesh as his side prepares to play South Africa in a knockout final.
The second hundred for Marsh made it the first time Australia has had three multiple hundred scorers in a World Cup with David Warner and Glenn Maxwell also scoring two.

Marsh bludgeoned his way to the hundred off 87 balls, destroying the Bangladesh bowling attack after Australia were 1-12 early when Travis Head departed for 10.
Former Australian captain Mark Taylor was delighted with the intent Marsh displayed on his way to the milestone.
“I like the way he played today, 11 fours and five sixes, aggressive, and that’s the way he’s got to play at No.3,” he said on Nine’s coverage.
“He’s that hitter of the ball, he’s not a manoeuvrer of the ball, he’s not like Steve Smith or Marnus Labuschagne who tend to use their wrists a lot more.

“Mitch Marsh is a hitter and I like it when he goes after the bowling, he did it today and did it when he scored his first hundred against Pakistan earlier in the tournament.”
Bangladesh managed to put a defendable total on the board in their first innings with 8-306 as Towhid Hridoy top-scored on 74.
Adam Zampa continued his strong form to finish with 2-32 off 10 overs while Sean Abbott claimed 2-61 in his World Cup debut. Marnus Labuschagne put forward a strong performance in the field, claiming two run outs.
Australia looked comfortable throughout their chase, with Warner (53) the other man to depart as Steve Smith finished on 63 not out with Australia chasing down the score in 44.4 overs.
India will play Netherlands at 7:30pm on Sunday night (AEDT) in the final match of the regular rounds of the World Cup.
