Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate Normy is facing backlash on social media following a confrontation with fellow contestant Bells. The heated exchange, which was recorded and posted online, featured both housemates trading insults during an intense argument.

During the dispute, Normy accused Bells of attempting to provoke her for attention after Big Brother encouraged housemates to elevate their performances.

“You don’t have anything that’s going on for you; you’re talking about me? You think you can come for me because they’re giving you mind,” Normy stated. She claimed that her previous restraint toward Bells was an effort to avoid being labeled a bully, before launching several personal attacks.

“I have been minding you. I did not say anything to you because if I face you, they will say I’m bullying you,” Normy added. She referred to Bells derogatorily, stating, “Clown from Calabar, a local rat. Look at her outfit. You are coming for me with your N2,000 wigs. Come, I will show you what wigs are about.”

The argument escalated with Normy making insulting comments about Bells’ family. “You are very stupid, idiot. Because Ebuka asked them to step up their game, you want to use me to step up. You shapeless girl, you and your mother are mad plus your entire lineage. Your mother should have died giving birth to you because you’re an idiot,” she remarked.

The altercation has sparked widespread condemnation from viewers, many of whom describe it as one of the most controversial exchanges of the season.
