Blord returned to Kuje prison over failure to perfect bail conditions – VDM [VIDEO]

Nigerian Cryptocurrency Entrepreneur Returned to Prison After Bail Granted

NIGERIA — Linus Williams Ifejirika, a cryptocurrency entrepreneur widely known as Blord, was returned to Kuje Prison shortly after being granted bail on Friday. The development follows his detention for approximately two weeks over allegations of impersonation involving social media critic Martins Vincent Otse, known online as VeryDarkMan (VDM).

According to reports from DAILY POST, Blord was granted bail but was unable to meet the conditions set by the court. VDM addressed the situation in a video shared on his official Facebook account on Saturday, stating that the entrepreneur would remain in custody until he could provide his international passport as required.

“I’m very happy that Blord was granted bail, but unfortunately for him, he had to be taken back to the Kuje correctional center until Monday because he could not fulfill his bail conditions,” VDM said in the video. He explained that one of the stipulations set by the judge was the submission of Blord’s international passport. However, delays in obtaining the document from Anambra State hindered his release.

As of now, Blord will remain in Kuje Prison until he is able to comply with the court’s requirements. Further updates are expected as the situation develops.
