Rick Ross Reveals Dream Collaboration with Icons Across Genres
American rapper Rick Ross recently shared his aspirations for a dream collaboration that includes some of music’s most iconic figures. During a livestream interview, Ross named Jamaican reggae legend Bob Marley, Afrobeat pioneer Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, and Afrobeats artist Burna Boy as his top choices.
“If I had a dream collaboration right now, it would be Rick Ross, Bob Marley, Fela Kuti, and Burna Boy. Imagine such a record. To me, that’s king-level. That’s next level,” Ross said, emphasizing the significance of such a partnership.
Additionally, he expressed a desire to include legendary Nigerian-British singer Sade on the project. “I am the boss, but I don’t know if I could get Sade to collaborate with me. I will put that on the wish list. I love Sade. Salute queen,” he added.
Ross’s vision highlights a blending of genres and a celebration of musical heritage, showcasing his appreciation for diverse influences in the industry.
