BREAKING: Bandits intercept vehicle, open fire, kill everyone inside
Bandits attacked a vehicle carrying passengers returning from Sokoto city, reportedly killing all individuals inside. The incident took place along the road leading to Isa Local Government Area of Sokoto State.
The exact number of casualties remains unconfirmed. Conflict reporter Bakatsine, who covers northwestern Nigeria, reported that some victims were among 3,000 individuals recruited by the Sokoto State Government for further screening and documentation.
The attack occurred while the passengers were making their way home from Sokoto city. Bakatsine shared photographs of some deceased individuals, although their identities and the total number of fatalities have not yet been established.
