CAF Champions League: MC Alger fans get green light for Rangers clash

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has denied Enugu Rangers’ request to have their CAF Champions League preliminary round second-leg match against MC Alger played behind closed doors. The match is set to take place Friday evening at the Ali La Pointe Stadium in Douera, Algeria, and will be open to fans, according to CAF’s decision.
In anticipation of the match, MC Alger’s management has urged supporters to exhibit discipline, uphold sportsmanship, and promote a peaceful environment during the game.
Rangers enter the return leg with a strong advantage, having secured a 2-0 victory in the first leg at the Moshood Abiola Sports Arena in Abeokuta last weekend.
