Cristiano Ronaldo now 15 goals from 1000 milestone
Cristiano Ronaldo scored a hat trick as Al Nassr defeated Al-Kholood 5-3 in a thrilling Saudi Arabian league match on Thursday.
The 41-year-old striker had a goal disallowed for offside in the first half, but found the net three times after the break. Joao Felix, a former Chelsea forward, provided the assist for Ronaldo’s first goal, tapping the ball in from close range to earn his third assist of the game.
Ronaldo then elevated himself above defenders to head in a second goal, once again assisted by Felix, bringing the score to 4-2. He completed his hat trick shortly afterward, converting a pass from Sadio Mane. Al-Kholood’s Domingues scored a consolation goal with a penalty in stoppage time, but it was not enough to change the outcome of the match.
