Delph After Sun Review | British Beauty Blogger

[unpaid/sample] Here’s a clear way to make a saving on your beauty products – after sun sits in the ‘don’t need to pay over the odds’ category. As long as you are putting moisture into your skin after sun exposure, then it doesn’t particularly matter on the branding or fancy claims.

Delph After Sun Review

Delph After Sun is a pretty standard format (which is all you need) with vitamin E and aloe vera – the Beauty Bible even gave it a Silver award for its effectiveness in 2021 so you’ll get the hydration in a light feeling formula. It’s £1.75. Nothing to stop you using it as a daily body moisturiser at that price! It doesn’t even smell holiday-ish so could easily pass. I liked the way it was cooling on my skin and really delivered on moisture.

As you can see, it’s not just about after sun. The sun care, apparently, is supplied to the NHS, MoD and RNLI, so I’m really not going to argue its quality or efficacy. It contains both UVA [4*] and UVB protection and doesn’t block pores (imagine the MoD tolerating blocked pores ;-)). Actually, I came across the military version and the tube is khaki – see below. I had not considered that of course it will have to fit into a camouflage environment… the things we learn!

For those of us who don’t have to hide skin care from the enemy, the packaging is bright and cheery. The SPF30 is £4.89 and the SPF50 is £5.49. They don’t specifically recommend for the face as far as I can see so you might want to go more of an SPF/Skincare route for that but body wise, this is a good alternative and definitely a money saver. I’m sending you to Weldricks Pharmacy because they seem to have some offers on that make it even better value.
