DJ Chicken finally regains freedom from Kirikiri prison
DJ Chicken Released from Kirikiri Correctional Centre
Nigerian content creator DJ Chicken was released from the Kirikiri Correctional Centre on Tuesday after spending nearly two weeks in custody.
In a video shared on social media, the content creator, accompanied by his lawyer, expressed his relief at regaining his freedom. “I’m back oo, freedom at last,” he stated. He also extended his gratitude to the Nigerian government, specifically mentioning Seyi Tinubu and President Bola Tinubu. “God bless the Nigerian government, God bless Seyi Tinubu, and our president. I love you guys. It is not easy, my fans. People that are free don’t know what God has done for them. Freedom is good,” he added.

According to DAILY POST, DJ Chicken was ordered to be remanded in prison by a Lagos State Magistrate Court following threats made against Seyi Tinubu’s life.
