Nollywood Actress Doris Ogala Wins Court Case Against Pastor Chris Okafor
LAGOS—Nollywood actress Doris Ogala announced on Thursday that the Lagos State High Court has dismissed a case brought against her by Pastor Chris Okafor, founder of the Grace Nation Bible Ministry.
Okafor had sued Ogala for cyberbullying, harassment, the publication of personal materials, attempted extortion, and disseminating false information.
Sharing the news on her Instagram account, Ogala expressed her satisfaction with the court’s decision. In her post, she included laughing emojis and stated, “Yes ooo who says God no day. The court dismissed Chris Okafor’s case against me. Hahaha. Now it’s war. Hahaha. JESUS is the ultimate ooo. Tori dey ooo.”
The legal dispute stems from personal conflicts between Ogala and Okafor. In December 2025, Ogala accused the pastor of ending their relationship to pursue a relationship with a younger woman after promising her marriage.
