EPL: PFA Player of the Year nominees revealed [Full List]


The Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) announced on Friday the nominees for its Men’s and Women’s Player of the Year awards, revealing six-man shortlists in each category.

In the men’s division, Arsenal players Gabriel Magalhaes, David Raya, and Declan Rice are nominated following their Premier League title victory. They are joined by Manchester City’s Rayan Cherki and Erling Haaland, as well as Manchester United’s Bruno Fernandes.

The women’s shortlist features Bunny Shaw, the 2023/24 winner, alongside Chelsea’s Lauren James and Alessia Russo of Arsenal. Also nominated are Yui Hasegawa, Shaw’s teammate at Manchester City, Aston Villa’s Kirsty Hanson, and Jess Park from Manchester United.

The nominees for the PFA Men’s Player of the Year are:

– Rayan Cherki, Manchester City
– Bruno Fernandes, Manchester United
– Erling Haaland, Manchester City
