Former Big Brother Naija Winner Ilebaye Calls for Help Amid Domestic Violence Incident

In a distressing incident that has captured public attention, Ilebaye, a former winner of the Big Brother Naija reality show, has appealed for assistance regarding domestic violence and physical assault.

On Friday night, Ilebaye livestreamed on Instagram, visibly shaken and with notable facial injuries. During the broadcast, she was heard calling for help, stating, “Nigerians help me, I need to go. I need to leave this house, I’m being locked up. I’m tired of assault, please come and help me.”

Footage from the livestream showed a man, believed to be her father, reportedly assaulting her in the background as she cried for aid.

In response to the alarming situation, former Big Brother Naija contestant Tacha urged anyone in Abuja to assist in leading the police to Ilebaye’s residence for her rescue. Tacha stated in an Instagram story, “I really just want to know who is in Abuja right now, that can take the police to Ilebaye’s house. Ilebaye’s face has been ruined. I don’t even know who did it but from the video I have seen they are really brutal.”
