Falana says DSS’s has no right to arrest Emefiele

Femi Falana, a respected human rights lawyer, declared that the Department of State Services (DSS) does not possess the jurisdiction to investigate and prosecute Godwin Emefiele, the suspended Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), on charges of money laundering.
