“We are committed to serving our people and engaging with ideas that influence development beyond our immediate surroundings,” Sani stated. He expressed gratitude for Vice President Shettima’s presence and remarked on his commendation for Kaduna as a model for other states.
The governor highlighted the importance of balancing citizens’ welfare with impactful policies and the need for strong institutional governance. He emphasized that infrastructure such as the banquet hall is not merely decorative but essential for effective leadership.
By naming the facility after Brigadier General Kyari, who served as the first and longest-serving Military Governor of North-Central State, Governor Sani asserted the hall’s historical significance and its connection to values of discipline and dedicated service. The governor noted the heartfelt appreciation from Kyari’s family, suggesting that true leadership leaves a lasting legacy.
