How I attempted suicide over N22m debt, by Real Warri Pikin

Popular comedienne and actress, Anita Asuoha, aka Real Warri Pikin, has revealed that she attempted suicide over unpaid debts in 2018.

Anita said at the time, she and her husband, Ikechukwu Asuoha, were overwhelmed with thoughts of how to repay a debt of N22 million.

The media personality also explained that as help was not forthcoming at the time, she gave in to the suicidal thoughts and tried killing herself.

The comedienne said unknown to her then, God was preparing her for the blessing that was about to unfold.

She urged people not to resort to suicide when it appears things are not going as planned, adding that mental health should be given top priority always.

The mother of two did not fail to thank God for giving her another chance at life.

The well-endowed comedienne shared a recent photo and a throwback photo of herself on a hospital bed as she reminisced on what she went through during the tough period.

The post held an accompanying caption that reads:“On the 6th of June 2018, The Only Words I was Hearing in my head was…End it Now! Give up Already! No Hope! You and Ikechukwu will never pay up the 22million Naira debt! The suffering will never end! End it! End it! You will beg all the days of your life! Help will never come! Rent, School Fees, Bills are Due you can’t pay! You and Ikechukwu salary put together in 5years can’t pay back the debt End it!
