How to make ginger-turmeric juice for menstrual pain prevention and glowing skin

Ginger-turmeric juice is beneficial for skin health because it treats acne, eczema, and psoriasis. It also contains powerful anti-inflammatory properties, providing pain relief that is even more effective than anti-inflammatory drugs with fewer side effects.

Ginger-turmeric juice has many other benefits, including preventing Alzheimer’s, cancer, and diabetes, improving digestion, preventing infections, and lowering cholesterol.

  3. Ginger
  4. Turmeric
  5. Black pepper
  6. Water

  • Oranges add sweetness and adjust the spiciness of the ginger.
  • Do not peel the turmeric and ginger as the benefits are packed in their body.
  •  You can use grounded turmeric if you can’t find fresh one. 
  • Turmeric’s medicinal properties are activated by black pepper. 
  •  If using a blender, add water; if using a juicer, no need for water.

  1. Peel oranges and lemons.
  2. Chop ginger into pieces that are between one and two inches long.
  3. All the other ingredients should be put in a blender until smooth.  
  4. Strain through a cloth until the pulp is squeezed out.

If you have a juicer, put the lemons, oranges, ginger, and turmeric into it and blend; don’t add any water. After that, add a pinch of black pepper.
