‘I don’t smoke, I don’t drink’ — Blessing CEO denies drug addiction

Nigerian self-proclaimed relationship expert Blessing CEO has refuted allegations that she struggles with drug addiction, asserting that she neither smokes nor consumes alcohol or attends parties.

Blessing addressed the allegations during a video call with actress Doris Ogala shortly after her release from detention. Ogala later shared footage of their conversation on her Instagram account. During the call, Ogala informed Blessing that rumors regarding her supposed drug use had emerged online while she was in custody. Some individuals, she noted, suggested that Blessing required rehabilitation and should not receive financial support.

In response to the accusations, Blessing stated, “Yes, mama, I don’t smoke, I don’t drink and I don’t even party.” She criticized social media users for making judgments about her character without personal knowledge of her. “Most times, the internet just has a way of enjoying themselves; a lot of people don’t even know me in person,” she added.
