Nollywood Actress Regina Daniels Declares Disinterest in Marriage Following Separation

Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has announced that she is no longer interested in entering another marriage following her recent separation from Senator Ned Nwoko.

The mother of two, Daniels expressed her desire to have more children, specifically stating her aspiration to have a daughter. During a livestream conversation with TikTok personality Jarvis, she explained her belief that daughters tend to take better care of their parents in their later years.

“I want to have six children, and I have two already—both boys. It may seem strange, but I’ve mentally detached from the idea of getting married again. However, I must have a girl,” she said.

Daniels reflected on gender roles in familial responsibilities, noting that while men may focus on building families, women often retain a strong connection to their homes.

Daniels and Nwoko married in 2019, a union that drew public criticism due to their significant 40-year age difference, with Daniels being just 19 at the time. The couple shares two sons.

In late 2025, their marriage faced turmoil after Nwoko accused Daniels of struggling with substance abuse and requiring rehabilitation. Daniels refuted these claims, alleging manipulation, psychological control, and abuse on Nwoko’s part.

Following these allegations, she left the marriage and relocated to her own residence. Since then, Daniels has publicly maintained her single status.
