I sing better than my brother Burna Boy – Nissi claims

Nissi, a music artist, has asserted that she outshines her brother, Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy, in vocal talent. In a recent interview with Cool FM, Nissi stated that even Burna Boy acknowledges her superior singing abilities.

Despite her confidence in her singing, Nissi conceded that her brother has the edge when it comes to rap skills. “I am better than Burna Boy at singing and almost everything. He is only better than me at rapping. We both actually agreed on the fact that I was a better singer,” she said.

Nissi launched her music career in September 2016 with the release of her debut single, “Pay Attention.” Since then, she has released several songs and projects, collaborating with both Nigerian and international artists, including Olamide and Fireboy DML.

In addition to her music career, Nissi has a background in engineering. She was part of the team at Jaguar Land Rover responsible for designing the 2023 Range Rover Model. Furthermore, she contributed to the design of the 2022 Havana Club X Burna, which received the award for most innovative product at Paris Packaging Week 2023.
