‘It’s A Done Deal’ – Bappa Says At Tinubu/Shettima’s Rally In Kano

The Director of the North-West Tinubu/Shettima presidential campaign group, Bappa Babba-Danagundi, said on Monday that Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s candidacy is a done deal in Kano State.

Bappa said this hours after a one-million-man match held in the state on Sunday, November 20, 2022. Naija News learnt that at least twenty-three people slumped during the political event in Kano yesterday due to the large population.

The large crowd was said to have generated gridlock during the Permanent Voter Cards’ walk show led by Seyi Bola Tinubu, the son of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate.

After the event, Bappa said: “I thank the Almighty God for the successful conduct of this event which shows how people have accepted and responded to our mobilisation activities for the success of Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the coming 2023 general election.

“It is clear that the Tinubu presidency in Kano is a done deal,” the campaign rally coordinator declared.

Naija News understands that rally started yesterday from Kano Emir’s palace and reached its climax at the Government House cenotaph roundabout, where Governor Abdullahi Ganduje received the support group.

The march saw many performances by power bike riders, horse riders, musicians, and men and women cladded in different attires depicting the political party.

First aid workers and security officers, according to reports, were on the ground ensuring the safety of those present and managing the traffic, which brought most parts of the city to a standstill.
