I’ve been paid N40m for boxing match with Carter Efe – Portable

Nigerian street pop artist Portable has reportedly received 40 million naira for agreeing to participate in a boxing match against popular streamer Carter Efe.

In a video posted on his Instagram, Portable confirmed the payment, stating he was compensated for accepting the fight. He also mentioned that promoters Soso Soberekon and E-Money have pledged an additional 50 million naira each, along with a car, if he wins.

“I have received 40 million naira from the organizers. They paid me just for agreeing to fight Carter Efe. I am confident I will win,” Portable said.

According to DAILY POST, Carter Efe has also accepted the challenge after Soberekon announced that the winner would receive a cash prize of 50 million naira. In a separate video, Carter called on organizers to set a date for the match.
