Kogi state resident challenges INEC officials after spotting pre-recorded result sheets before the commencement of election. 

The INEC officials had arrived the polling unit in a community in the state, with result sheets that have already been recorded. 

In the viral video, the resident could be heard challenging the electoral officials and saying the voters will not accept any result recorded from the polling unit except clean result sheets are presented.

INEC has since released a statement saying it will be investigating reports of pre-recorded result sheets.
