[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] Predictably, I think, I absolutely love this Kosas Wet Lip Oil – it’s in shade Exposed which is clear with a pink iridescence running through it.

Kosas was founded in 2015 by Sheena Zadeh-Daly – a real kitchen table start that’s now stocked in Sephora and SpaceNK. The philosophy is that make up should be an opportunity to care for skin and I completely agree with that – where possibly, why wouldn’t you use something that brings an extra level to the party?

There’s a little bit of a minty kick – very mild – that I think is supposed to give you some plumping which it didn’t on me but I fell in love with the colour straight away.

For some reason I can’t get focus AND sparkle so I’ve opted to favour the sparkle in this picture but coming up is a picture of me wearing it and the other balm that I bought some time ago, Kosasport Lip Fuel in Pulse, which is far more balmy than glossy.

This also has a bit of a minty kick but uses hyaluronic to provide hydration. I find it quite pleasant to use and it feels more ‘solid’ on the lips than the lip oil with a good last but I just don’t like it, texturally, as much as I like the oil.

As you can see, it’s in quite regular use and is in shade Pulse which is nicely neutral. The shape is odd for a lip product, but works pretty well, and a huge plus is that once you wind the balm up, you can wind it back down again. It’s an absolute bug bear that with some balms, if you over wind, you are stuck.
