LIVE: Dees set to ‘clean up’ over potential Crows trade

Melbourne tall defender Harrison Petty could be on his way to Adelaide, if the Crows get their way.

“This one really interests me, and it’s not going to go away,” Kane Cornes said on trade Radio.

“Adelaide is not giving up on Melbourne’s Harrison Petty despite him having two years to run on his contract.

“He’s from South Australia, the Crows are really keen. I’m hearing Petty is really keen to get home.

“Could Melbourne really clean up here, could they really sell high?”

Bulldogs great Brad Johnson thinks it would be a good move for Petty, who is stuck behind Steven May and Jake Lever at the Demons.

“He’s never going to be the main guy in Melbourne because of the other two,” Johnson said.

”I think he can be that number one.”
