Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has spoken out against those criticizing fashion entrepreneur Evelyn Cute amid reports of her recent disappearance. Blessing’s remarks came after concerns about Evelyn Cute, whose real name is Onyema Evelyn and who is the founder of 44 Clothing, were alleviated when she was reportedly found alive.
“In matters of love, the line between sanity and madness can blur,” Blessing stated on social media, expressing her frustration with individuals more focused on sensationalizing the situation rather than offering support. She encouraged the public to “cut Evelyn some slack.”
In her post, Blessing also conveyed her relief that Evelyn was safe, adding a playful note of concern. “Thank God you are safe, but I will still beat craziness out of your head if I see you,” she wrote.
The actress concluded her comments by sharing her own feelings of alarm during the event, stating, “You gave me quite a panic attack.”
