LSU claims thrilling five-set affair vs. Ole Miss

BATON ROUGE, La. – LSU defeated Ole Miss 3-2 for their third conference win this season Friday night at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center.

After dropping the first set to Ole Miss (4-9, 0-3 SEC) 25-18, LSU (9-5, 3-1 SEC) rallied and took the next two sets 25-18 and 25-22, respectively. Ole Miss won the fourth set 26-24, tying the match at 2-2. The Tigers secured the win in the final set 15-13 in an exciting back-and-forth game.
